1. Introduction
Due to the sensitive nature of menstrual hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for menstrual pads once they have been purchased. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your return request, you must provide:  
  • A description of the issue 
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect 
  • Your order number and contact information 
3. Return Approval & Process
Once we review your request, we will determine if the item is eligible for a return or replacement. If approved, we will provide further instructions, including return shipping details if required.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If an item is deemed defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Customers must follow the provided return instructions to ensure a smooth process.
5. Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items
  • Any menstrual hygiene product that has been opened or used cannot be returned. 
  • Products that are not defective or damaged are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
